The winner of RAW in WAR’s fourth annual Anna Politkovskaya Award is Dr. Halima Bashir from Darfur (Sudan).

Remebering Natalia : A Short Film

We remember Natalia Estemirova, murdered on 15 July 2009, who, like Anna, lived a life of courage and truth-telling in the face of grave danger. Natalia was the first recipient of the Anna Politkovskaya Award in 2007.
